Hospitality Event Space
Philadelphia Soccer 2026 has issued an RFP for a Special Event Management Services firm to operate the Hospitality Event Space within the Philadelphia's FIFA Fan Festival™.
The Festival will take place at Lemon Hill in Fairmount Park from June 11 through July 19, 2026. Spanning 39 days, this free-admission, large-scale public experience will feature live entertainment, viewing areas, food and beverages, and community programming.
We seek proposals from qualified event management companies to operate the Hospitality Event Space. This operation includes catering, setup and breakdown, décor, staffing, and client services, all coordinated with RedRock, the FIFA Fan Festival’s site and production partner.
