Philadelphia Soccer 2026 (PS2026) is seeking proposals from qualified, innovative event planning firms or teams with proven experience in delivering world-class events. Our goal is to identify potential partners to collaborate with the PS2026 team in designing, planning, and executing Signature Events leading up to and during FIFA World Cup 26™.
This RFI aims to curate a list of qualified vendors capable of providing creative event concepts, comprehensive project management, operational strategies, staffing solutions, and logistics coordination. Firms should demonstrate expertise in delivering high-impact events that enhance fan experiences, showcase Philadelphia’s vibrant culture, and create lasting community and economic benefits. Responses will be evaluated based on criteria outlined in the RFI, with ongoing input from PS2026, the City of Philadelphia, and local agencies.
